Delaware Republican Senate Candidate Christine O'Donnell Calls Evolution "a Myth"

Delaware Republican Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell calls evolution "a myth" and backs up her claim with the question: if evolution is real, "why aren't monkeys still evolving into humans?"

Intelligent thought is the antithesis to religion. Organized Religions need people to believe in devils and witches. And the Ruling Elite needs Religion to keep the masses in check.

“Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s, and unto God the things that are God’s”

Religion needs Caesar and Caesar needs Religion.

Keep the serfs busy with witches and devils so that they do not see their pitiful lot in life. Make them beholding to Priests who tell them what to think and do.

Then the Caesar's (the ruling Republican elite) allow the Religions to continue so as to keep the serfs in place.

Works out well for the Priests and Caesar.

That is how it works.

  1. Monkeys aren't still evolving into humans because the branches split off ages ago. This candidate needs to do some reading. Even the Catholic Church accepts evolution for God's sake.

  2. Although O'Donnell's question has no merit, maybe it should have been phrased to be "why aren't humans still evolving into monkeys"?

  3. The larger question is why are people still fighting about such nonsense. All religions are the same. Catholics, mormons, muslim all same formula. Each are as stupid and silly as the next. Christians and muslims have so much in common. They both believe in fiction and let it control and destroy their lives with hate and fear. They are a mirror reflection of one another. Religion breeds fragmentation. Religion is the evil in our world. Religion is a lie.

  5. "The truth is, that the greatest enemies of the doctrine of Jesus are those, calling themselves the expositors of them, who have perverted them to the structure of a system of fancy absolutely incomprehensible, and without any foundation in his genuine words. And the day will come, when the mystical generation [birth] of Jesus, by the Supreme Being as his father, in the womb of a virgin, will be classed with the fable of the generation [birth] of Minerva in the brain of Jupiter.

  7. How did this trite, plump pea minded girl get a platform with which to speak from in the first place? Why was she even a guest on the Bill Maher show in the early 90's? I get she is an attention seeking fame whore. I don't get why anyone put her on TV. She is not smart. She is not attractive. She has accomplished nothing in her life.
