Idiot of the Day - Rand Paul

My feature of "idiot of the day" has been quite for a while.  Today we have a new member, Rand Paul.  I bet you think it is about his libertarian position that we should not have enacted the Civil Rights Act (more on that later today).  But no!!!  He has an even worse position now.

Kentucky's Republican Senate candidate Rand Paul is criticizing President Barack Obama's handling of the gulf oil debacle as putting "his boot heel on the throat of BP."

Paul says Obama's criticism of the oil company sounds like an attack on business and "really un-American."

In an interview Friday on ABC's "Good Morning America," Paul says the president's response is part of the "blame game" that's played in the U.S. Paul said that leads to the thinking that tragic incidents are "always someone's fault" and added, sometimes accidents just happen.

OK - What the FUCK????

Even is this is "just an accident" it is one that with proper care should have been avoided.  BUT WORSE, even if it could not have been avoided, they should have had plans in place to deal with it.  AND WORST OF ALL, BP should not be covering-up the potential extent of the damages.

BP is to blame.  They need to be held accountable.

Rand Paul you are UN-American.  You seem to care only about businesses.  Seriously!  In my book, people come first.

Rand Paul I ask you to go to the Gulf and see the destruction; talk to the people whose lives have been impacted.  Then tell me about these Americans and you tell me that they are being "un-American" for blaming BP.
